I am looking for a Registered Supported Living Manager to launch and lead a new service supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concern. This is a unique opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, build a compassionate and person-centred team, and promote independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support.

What You'll Bring

Experience managing or working in supported living environmentsExpertise in supporting individuals with complex needs, Autism, and behaviours of concernA Level 4 qualification in a relevant field (essential)Strong leadership and team development skillsConfidence in managing budgets, referrals, business development, and liaising with local authoritiesA proactive approach to reviewing and implementing effective systems and processes
