As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will work alongside our team of world-class caregivers to deliver a safe and comfortable experience during a patient's stay. You will provide assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. **A caregiver in this position works nights, 6:30pm-7:00am, with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.** Your primary duties will include: + Planning, establishing, and evaluating patients for the correct type of treatment and care based on their diagnosis. + Monitoring and putting in place patient care plans with advanced monitoring techniques. + Performing advanced respiratory care modalities. + Evaluating respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcomes. A caregiver who excels in this role: + Has strong critical thinking skills and can work under minimum supervision. + Can demonstrate decisive judgement in stressful situations. + Shows strong communication skills. + Shows empathy and compassion in a patient-centered environment. **Minimum requirements for this role include:** + Associate's degree + Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. + Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board licensure + Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialing through the National Board for Respiratory Care + Basic Life Support (BLS) credentialing through the American Heart Association (AHA). **Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:** + Minimum 1 year experience in critical care. + Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care.
