The Willoughby Family Health Center offers a wide variety of services to patients in the Willoughby Hills and surrounding communities. As a Registered Radiology Technologist at this facility, you will perform Radiology exams and Fluoroscopic procedures on patients of all ages. A compassionate and friendly attitude can help put patients at ease when receiving care. **A caregiver in this position works varying shifts from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures. + Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and without delay. + Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS. + Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam. + Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation. + Maintain documentation. + Address equipment malfunctions, notify management and report malfunctions to the help desk and PACS administrator. + Assist with scheduling procedures, monitor and determine priority of patients, and process billing. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology + Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists [R.T(R) (ARRT)] in good standing + Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
