Peoples Health Center has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse in the Women's Health Department. This position is responsible for; planning organizing, and directing daily activities. Observes techniques of and services rendered by nursing staff and provides nursing care for patients in department. Provides training, and direction to new employees. Identifies problem areas in department such as understaffing, absenteeism and wastefulness and takes corrective action. Monitors use of supplies and equipment to avoid abuse and orders supplies as needed. Must hold current Missouri license; have a minimum of two years recent experience in large physicians network/office to include Women's Health; possess strong leadership skills; at least one year experience in outpatient clinic or community health center in internal medicine and women's health and must possess a CPR Certification.
