Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Education:
BSN required, MSN or higher preferred.Certification:
Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standingProfessional Specialty Nursing Certification preferred.BLS within 90 days of hire.Experience:

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$36.89 - $61.48. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
