Registered Nurse in the Centralized Monitoring Unit CMU plays a key role in supporting the safe and efficient monitoring of nearly patientsrsquo cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status This is a non direct care position ideal for a clinically skilled RN with experience in telemetry who enjoys working in a fast paced technologically advanced environmentThe RN in this role provides clinical support to a team of Central Monitor Technicians CMTs promotes adherence to protocols and facilitates clear communication with inpatient care teams This position contributes to the overall quality of care by helping ensure accurate cardiac monitoring appropriate escalations and consistent workflowJob Responsibilitiesmiddot Support and coordinate the daily activities of Central Monitor Technicians to ensure timely and accurate telemetry monitoringmiddot Serve as a clinical resource for rhythm interpretation protocol adherence and telemetry best practicesmiddot Collaborate with the CMU Nurse
