Job Description:Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Education Qualifications:BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

FTE/Schedule:

FTE: FLEX 0.8 -1.0 FTE (32-40hr/week)Shift: 8 hour shift; Day/Evening rotationOn Call: Evening, Night, Weekends and Holiday's as assigned

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employmentBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 monthAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 3 monthsPediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 6 months

Sign On Incentives: $10,000/ADN and $15,000/BSN for all eligible RNs with work commit.
