This role focuses on guiding patients across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, ensuring safe and effective transitions of care. Because your experience matters./ *Qualifications & Requirements* * Current, active RN license in the state of practice. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. * Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; specialty experience in the assigned unit (e.g., oncology, cardiology, surgical services) strongly preferred. * Strong patient education, advocacy, and care coordination skills. * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. *Work Environment:* The RN Navigator role is unit-specific and embedded within the assigned specialty area.
