We are currently hiring per-diem RNs, with at least 3 years of RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting or similar, for a variety of skilled care such as, injections, wound care, & home infusions. An IV certification is required for home infusions. You should feel very comfortable working in the home with no back-up. You will work under our DON who has over 30 years of experience.  Our cases are located in the Hudson County area. You must have availability to work daytime weekday hours M-F. There is no minimum amount of hours you are required to work. Benefits * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Competitive hourly rate of $45 - $80 an hour dependent on the case and billing rates * Mileage reimbursement between cases * GPS time and attendance technology enhances your access to key scheduling and care information * Variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekday daytime & evening opportunities, in-home and facility based. * Over 95% of BrightStar locations are Joint Commission accredited or in the process * International opportunities with over 300 locations in US and Canada * One-on-one patient care * Flexible schedule with no minimum required hours worked Responsibilities * Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act * Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes * Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill * Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws * Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs Requirements * Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
