In 2017, the Medical Center completed a state-of-the-art campus expansion featuring a new four-story 87,000 square foot building with a private, 32-bed Intensive Care Unit, new Main Entrance and Lobby, Retail Pharmacy, Patient Registration Area and newly expanded Emergency Department. Qualification: Required: + Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing + Bachelor’s degree in nursing + Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and demonstrated writing skills + Minimum (3) three years of related chemotherapy experience Certifications and Licenses Required: + Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement + BLS certification through American Heart Association + ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification Scheduling Requirements: + Day Shift – 7am – 3pm + Per Diem Essential Functions: Manage a select caseload of patients receiving chemotherapy on an outpatient basis. Administer chemotherapy regimens, perform patient assessment, provide symptom management and patient and family education. Administer non-chemotherapy infusions and blood products, perform patient assessment, provide symptom management and patient and family education. Act as part of a multidisciplinary team provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
