Overview + Department: Inaptient Acute Rehab + Schedule: Full Time, 7:00pm - 7:30am with alternating weekends + Hospital: Resurrection Medical Center + Location: Chicago, IL 60631 Responsibilities As a RN on our Acute Rehab unit your responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. + Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. + Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. + Provide a safe environment for patients and visitors. + Communicate with physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.2. BLS upon hire and maintain current.3. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 to $53.58.
