Job Description:Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care and hospice care (if applicable at location) of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.

Education Qualifications:BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required

This position is casual with an on call obligation

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment. May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon work locationBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experiencePossession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agencyProof of current motor vehicle insurance
