As an RN in our Float Pool, we offer you an hourly rate of $34/hour plus a $4/hour night shift differential. This generous compensation package also includes paid time off, 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Self-scheduling, no weekends or holidays required.

Pre-Employment Requirements: 

We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements: 

Current RN License and ACLS certification.

Job Requirements: 

Must have a minimum of two recent years of Telemetry experience. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus. Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required. Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
