Responsibilities Responsible for the care of patients with congestive heart failure. Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting patient care activities in accordance with HHS standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate degree in nursing Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing BLS ACLS Preferred Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, cardiac and critical care nursing experience Bachelor’s degree in nursing Certification in Heart Failure
