What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents
Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit
Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care
Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN license in the State of Connecticut
Recent experience in long-term care or acute care
Excellent observation, communication, and teamwork skills
Current CPR certification
Availability to work every other weekend
