**Description** **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Rate Range:** $38.84/hr up to$41.22/hr based upon education and related experience **Hiring for multiple full-time shifts:** 7 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and weekends **Location:** Homestead area of Pittsburgh, PA **Devereux/TCV Community Services is looking to hire multiple RNs to start in August and September within our brand-new STAIRS program set to open early this fall in Homestead, PA—join us in shaping innovative, community-based care!** **Position Summary:** The **Registered Nurse (RN)** in the **STAIRS program** plays a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality medical care to youth ages 6–21 with autism and developmental disabilities in an intensive residential treatment setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the RN supports individuals with complex behavioral and medical needs who have not responded to treatment in less restrictive environments. The RN is responsible for monitoring and managing residents’ health, administering medications, coordinating care with physicians and psychiatric providers, and supporting staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. This role includes assessing health concerns, providing first aid or medical interventions as needed, and educating both residents and staff on health and wellness topics.
