The Clinical Education Instructor is responsible for providing individualized orientation for new personnel, inservice education, and continuing education programs to meet the identified needs of the staff. The Clinical Education Instructor serves as a resource to the nursing staff. The Clinical Education Instructor assesses, develops, coordinates, and supports educational programs to meet the needs of staff and enhance specific clinical nursing skills. The Educator also demonstrates the ability to accept, model, and implement change, as well as functions as a role model for clinical staff. About Us About the Team
