Collaborate with the care team on discharge planning, patient education, and advocacy. Patient population includes COPD, CHF, ESRD, post-cath, and occasional psychiatric cases requiring observation. Staffing ratios vary by acuity: 2:1 for vented or drip-dependent CCU patients, 3:1 for stable CCU, and up to 4:1 for PCU-level care. ** *How you’ll contribute* You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
