Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.Professional accountability and development.Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is requiredRN (Registered Nurse) license is requiredNursing Specialty Certification is preferred

Education:

Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is requiredBachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

2 years of PCU RN experience in acute care

Location: Float between a region of hospitals.

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No (3x12 hour shifts per week)

Shift Hours: 6:45PM- 7:15 AM

On Call: No

Weekend Work: Every 3rd weekend to include 2 Sunday shifts in 6-week schedule
