Yale New Haven Hospital invites experienced Registered Nurses from Long-Term Care, Sub-Acute Care, and Rehabilitation facilities to join our Med/Surg Training Program. This unique initiative is designed to bridge the gap between post-acute and acute care settings, offering specialized orientation and comprehensive support to transition into a Med/Surg role. Various shifts available Responsibilities Specialized Orientation Program: Tailored to your background, this program includes in-depth clinical training and mentorship from seasoned professionals.
