Utilize the nursing process in achieving the goals of the department. Adhere to the AdventHealth rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Assists in promoting an atmosphere where the imaging staff can openly discuss process improvements. Support the organizations mission and vision. Actively participates in LEAN/Kaizen activities as requested **The value youll bring to the team:** Demonstrates an organized approach to daily workload. Adheres to approved standards of aseptic technique when appropriate. Administers IVs, medications and contrast material under the supervision of the attending physician. Utilizes the AIDET principles when interacting with patients, visitors and coworkers. Assesses the patients status on arrival and throughout the pre- and post-recovery phase and/or the procedure by demonstrating knowledge of electrocardiographic, hemodynamic, and hematological data updating the physician of any potential life-threatening changes throughout the procedure.
