**Job Description:** The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, coordinated patient care within a clinical setting. This licensed professional is responsible for the full spectrum of care—assessing needs, planning and implementing treatment, and evaluating outcomes—while integrating technology and therapeutic techniques. RNs collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure each patient receives safe, personalized, and effective care We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient infusion clinic. As a key member of a physician-led care team, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on ambulatory and infusion services. **Autonomous Practice:** Lead infusion treatments with independence while working closely alongside a supportive, physician-led care team in a clinic environment. **Skill Development:** Enhance your expertise in IV therapy, sedation monitoring, medication administration, and care for specialized patient populations like obstetric and urgent care patients. **Meaningful Work:** Provide essential treatment and comfort to patients undergoing complex therapies—right when they need it most. **Work-Life Balance:** Set schedule offers consistency and time for personal priorities, with no on-call requirements. **Schedule:** **4-10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday 7:30AM-5:30PM.** **NO WEEKENDS, NIGHTS or HOLIDAYS!!!** **Clinic Address:** 389 South 900 E Salt Lake City 84102 **Preferred Skills:** **Experience in Infusion, IV placement, ER or ICU** **Join us and make a meaningful impact—bringing comfort, confidence, and top-tier care to every infusion patient you meet.** **Compensation and Benefits:** **Pay Rate:** **Competitive salary based on experience.** **Comprehensive Benefits Package:** **Includes insurance options, fitness discounts, paid time off, 401(k) with employer contribution, and tuition assistance.** **Incentives:** **Up to $400 annual caregiver incentive and $1,500 referral bonus.** To learn about additional Intermountain benefits Click here (https://intermountainhealthcare.org/careers/working-for-intermountain/employee-benefits/) **Minimum Qualifications:** + Current RN License in state of practice. + Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers. + Practice specific certification as required by the clinical setting in which they work (i.e., ACLS, PALS, etc.). + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. + Basic computer skills. + RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within five years of their start date. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. **If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, apply now to join the Intermountain Health team!** **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to read and interpret medical information, labels, and equipment indicators to assess patient needs and operate monitors accurately + Frequent verbal communication with patients, visitors, and care team; must be able to hear and respond promptly to spoken information, alarms, and emergent needs + Manual dexterity to handle delicate and complex equipment with precision; includes regular computer use for documentation and medication preparation + Physical strength and flexibility to transfer patients safely, and to bend, lift, and carry equipment and supplies of varying weights + Mobility to walk and assist with patient transport, push/pull gurneys and portable machinery, and move through crowded clinical environments + Ability to stand for extended periods during procedures and patient care activities **Location:** Salt Lake Clinic **Work City:** Salt Lake City **Work State:** Utah **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
