In this full-scope RN role, you’ll deliver high-quality care to post-surgical inpatients by: + Monitoring vital signs and patient condition (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.) + Creating and implementing individualized care plans + Leading post-operative recovery, including pain and medication management + Practicing medication administration using the 8 Rights of Medication Safety + Assisting with wound care, infection prevention, and fluid management + Educating patients and families on recovery steps and home care + Advocating for patients’ rights, privacy, and well-being + Collaborating closely with providers and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes + Participating in daily huddles and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications + Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Idaho, or eligibility to obtain before start + Experience: + Minimum of 1 year of acute care or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred + Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in fast-paced inpatient settings + Certifications: + Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – required within 90 days of hire (current certification preferred) + Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required within 90 days of hire + Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 90 days of hire if pediatric care is provided USD $43.00/Hr.
