We are offering Summer (July) cohort, and Winter (February) cohort start dates. This exciting and intensive residency will give you an opportunity to explore working in the 20-bed ICU and two 30-bed cardiac critical care units within the Webber Heart Center. At the conclusion of the 12 -month Critical Care Nurse Residency additional professional critical care opportunities are available including Interventional Radiology and Munson’s Medical Center’s 43-bed Emergency Department.Our program includes a combination of clinical and didactic training. New residents will participate in hands on training, In person critical care interactive didactic training, high fidelity skills labs and simulations, EKG training, case studies, and numerous clinical and critical-thinking experiences.DETAILSFirst Round Interview*: If selected for the first-round interview, a member of the recruitment team will reach out to you for a preliminary phone interview to learn more about your interest in the positionSecond Round Interview: Panel interview with unit managers and residency team *Interviews start September 2025 for the February 2026 cohort. In-person interviews are strongly encouraged for the second round. More details will be shared upon application.
