Work Schedule:  (non-exempt/hourly)  37.5 hours per week- shifts and days negotiable (mainly daylights and evenings).  Responsibility includes covering nursing needs at multiple facilities, including but not limited to: Journey Home LTSR, Monarch Springs LTSR, Pioneer LTSR, EAC, RTFA and CIRA

ABOUT THE ROLE:  The Nurse will play a critical role in providing comprehensive medication management and health-related support services to individuals served. Responsibilities include administering medications, delivering medication and health education, assessing general health needs, and coordinating physical and mental health care. The Nurse will support wellness through education related to physical fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being, and will provide supportive therapy and other therapeutic interventions as appropriate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer and manage medications in accordance with physician orders and agency protocols.Provide medication education and training to individuals served.Assess general health needs and provide health and wellness education.Coordinate physical health treatment and schedule medical appointments.Support individuals in developing healthy lifestyles through fitness, nutrition, and wellness education.Offer supportive therapy and other nursing interventions as needed.Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including daily medication records.Deliver services across multiple mental health residential and crisis residential settings including:  Journey Home LTSR, Monarch Springs LTSR, Pioneer LTSR, EAC, RTFA and CIRA
