It began as a small volunteer clinic and has grown into a multi-site organization serving over 48,000 medically underserved and uninsured patients annually across Northern and Central New Jersey. This position will be working a group of staff that also work with our medical and surgical residents, caring for patients and supporting the residents program. Scheduling Requirements: + 8 hour day shifts + Minimum of 2 days a month **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + Flexible Availability: Must have a flexible schedule to provide coverage on days when an RN is out of the office. + Technical Adaptability; Able to quickly learn and operate new computer systems. + Patient Triage Skills; Capable of handling patient phone calls and performing clinical triage efficiently and accurately. + Team Collaboration: Willing and able to take direction from the RN and physicians and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment. + High-Volume Workload Handling: comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office and managing multiple responsibilities + Cross Training Readiness: Open to cross-training across various specialties within the practice. + Cultural Competency: Skilled in working with patients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds; must be comfortable using interpretation systems in person or via phone as needed. **What We Require for this Role:** Education + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Related Work Experience + At least three years previous RN work experience required. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT + Active NJ RN license required + Certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing preferred, but not required.
