Responsibilities

Manage activities, workflow and nursing resources of outpatient clinic or physician office.

Develop specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinic.Responsible for forecasting, developing and evaluating annual budgets for all program areas. Manage clinical, human resource and financial data to support and enhance decision-making, provide assessment, analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation of unit(s) delivery of care and services.Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Additional Preferences 3+ years MedSurg/ED/ICU experience preferredManager/Charge leadership experience preferred
