Registered Nurse Charge (RN) PRN - Medical Surgical Urology/Genitourinary _Fast-paced department is looking for top-skilled nurses like you._ Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231 Work hours: PRN| Night Shift | Varied as needed Medical-Surgical Urology/Genitourinary highlights: · 24-Bed Urology Inpatient Medical-Surgical Unit · Self-scheduling with rotating weekend requirements · Working with a Multi-Disciplinary Team · Work with patients and provide life-saving care · The opportunity to work with a diverse patient population Here’s What You Need * Associate's Degree Nursing Required * Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred * 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting Required * 2 Years’ Experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting Preferred * RN - Registered Nurse License Required Upon Hire and * BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And * CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 Days Required And * ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Preferred * A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do * The Charge Nurse role will communicate and collaborate with all members of the health care team.
