In this position, you will: + Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses, applying clinical judgment to perform comprehensive risk and health assessments. + Accurately document evaluations across a variety of diagnoses and health scenarios. + Assess acute injuries or illnesses and refer employees to physicians or specialists for advanced care when needed. + Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of occupational health services. + Lead and support staff by ensuring ongoing development, regulatory compliance, and productivity.
