This position will manage the clinic nursing schedule, provider procedure support, clinic team support, and inbasket management. This role includes pre/post-procedure management, symptom management, troubleshooting, patient education needs, bladder chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, medication administration, surgery coordination, etc. Documentation of nursing care will be completed using MiChart (EPIC) and will be accurate and efficient using SBAR or SOAP formats if not using smartforms. Supporting the mission and philosophy of the department and the organization is essential to providing safe and appropriate care to our patients. Maintaining a strong knowledge-base and use of internal and external resources available to provide care is expected.
