Registered Nurse utilizes evidence based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and policies and procedures of Hartford Healthcare Hospital Outpatient Departments HODs and Medical Group in a variety of clinical settings This position facilitates care for a varied population of patients which includes nursing standards of practice to meet the physical emotional spiritual cultural and educational needs of the patient and familyResponsibilitiesmiddot Provides nursing care nursing care within a non acute setting in collaboration with the inter disciplinary team and provider according to the patients physical emotional spiritual cultural and educational needs of the patient and familymiddot Coordinates and provides holistic patient centered caremiddot Utilizes
