General Summary
Serves as the day-to-day lead of the WellSpan Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital Advanced Ortho/Spine Program and supervises the development, implementation and organization of the overall program. Coordinates the efforts between surgeons, Hospital administration, nursing leadership and staff while tracking the progress of the program and identifying areas that require attention. Is responsible for all program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction and administrative activities of the program. Supervises and coordinates all aspects of treatment, evaluation, support services and education for patients.

3 years of experience in orthopedic or neuro nursing requiredPrevious quality assessment and utilization management experience preferredLicenses:
