Registered Nurse Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care efforts and support our multidisciplinary team. This role combines hands-on patient care with team leadership, education, and collaboration to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities + Supervise the clinical work of Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, and Clinical Assistants. + Educate patients and their families with personalized guidance tailored to age, diagnosis, and comprehension level. + Provide general nursing care and collaborate closely with healthcare providers and team members. + Support providers during patient visits by rooming patients, conducting interviews, recording vital signs, and updating electronic medical records. + Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. + Perform clinical tests (e.g., blood glucose, rapid HIV, flu, strep) and ensure accurate specimen labeling. + Monitor and document changes in patient conditions and report findings as needed. + Administer medications and vaccines in accordance with the six rights of medication administration. + Start IVs and administer prescribed medications. + Assist with procedures, including pre- and post-care, Time Out participation, and intra-procedural support. + Follow infection control standards and apply aseptic techniques as appropriate. + Handle patient phone calls and follow up as directed by providers.
