12-hour shifts; 8-hour shifts 

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem 

 

FlexStaff is seeking Registered Nurses for our client, a specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospital. 

Experienced nurses and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Recently graduated Nurses can apply while awaiting licensure. 

Responsibilities: 

Upholding and promoting best practices in professional conduct and patient-centered care delivery.  Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health status, ensuring accurate documentation.  Establishing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, including effective milieu management and crisis intervention strategies.  Managing and administering medications according to established protocols.  Uphold patient confidentiality 

Requirements: 

NYS License and Registration required   Psychiatric experience is preferred  Strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and compassionate approach.  Excellent time management and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
