What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses Use critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes Participate in ongoing learning with access to clinical educators, in-services, and hands-on training

Requirements:
Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license ADN or BSN required (BSN preferred) BLS required; ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire Previous PCU, telemetry, step-down, or med-surg experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to applyAdditional Information
