We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected behavioral health facility in Tucson, AZ. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a **$15,000 sign-on bonus** for all floor RNs.

**Position Details:**
+ Full-time schedule | 3x12-hour shifts
+ Non-rotating shifts for consistent work-life balance
+ Available shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
+ Pay Range: $42–$65/hour based on experience
+ Shift Differentials:
+ Weeknights: 10%
+ Weekend Days: 15%
+ Weekend Nights: 30%
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver high-quality care in detox and behavioral health environments
+ Create and manage individualized care plans and risk assessments
+ Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient stabilization and recovery
+ Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with standards
+ Assist patients in accessing community-based services
**Qualifications:**
+ Valid RN license in Arizona or compact state
+ Open to new graduates and experienced RNs
+ Passion for behavioral health and patient-centered care
+ Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
