Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience.

What's the Job?

Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients. Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis treatment. Educate patients and their families about treatment modalities and care options. Administer medications as prescribed and document their effectiveness. Participate in emergency response measures and serve as a resource for the healthcare team.

What's Needed?

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience within the last two years. Chronic hemodialysis experience is required. Current CPR BLS Certification.
