Experienced nurses and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Recently graduated Nurses can apply while awaiting licensure. Responsibilities: + Upholding and promoting best practices in professional conduct and patient-centered care delivery. + Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health status, ensuring accurate documentation. + Establishing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, including effective milieu management and crisis intervention strategies. + Managing and administering medications according to established protocols. + Uphold patient confidentiality Requirements: + NYS License and Registration required + Psychiatric experience is preferred + Strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and compassionate approach. + Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
