Patients in this 10 bed observation unit will be med surg tele and step down level of acuity with a less than 48 hour length of stay. This is a great opportunity for registered nurses with strong med surg, med surg tele and step down experience to make a difference for patients in the new Short Stay Unit. **Hours: 36 hours per week, Day Shift, 7A-7P, Every Third Weekend** **Qualifications:** + RN Massachusetts license required + BSN strongly preferred + Associate’s degree required + 1-2 years Medical Surgical experience, telemetry experience strongly preferred + Must have excellent time management and communication skills + RN candidates must be able to use electronic based charting systems.
