Summary

This position is responsible for the preparation and coordination of efforts related to accreditation, certification, regulatory compliance, and maintaining a constant state of survey readiness.  This is accomplished by maintaining a working knowledge of all standards, updates to standards, and tracking compliance.

Position Qualifications

BSN, current license in the State of Indiana     3-5 years in hospital clinical experience. Requires strong written and verbal skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects. Previous regulatory or accreditation experience. Computer knowledge, Excel, Word, Power Point. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
