This part-time position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a great work-life balance. We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience to join our dedicated team

 

Responsibilities:

 

Quality Improvement:

Engages in quality improvement efforts. Identifies and communicates improvement opportunities. Enhances patient satisfaction using evidence-based practices.

Professional Relationships:

Maintains positive relationships with all staff and patients. Works effectively in complex environments with good clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Exhibits physical stamina for patient care tasks.

Education and Development:

Applies adult learning principles in teaching. Provides detailed education to patients and families. Supports the development of students and colleagues.

Patient Care:

Formulates patient care plans considering holistic needs. Coordinates care with physicians and assists in patient assessment. Demonstrates critical thinking in identifying patient issues. Ensures comprehensive documentation and effective communication. Aligns with professional and health system goals for safety and quality.

Professional Development:

Participates in shared governance and goal setting. Engages as a partner on the care team. Adapts to change and demonstrates flexibility.
