As a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Blue Springs, MS. The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday day shift with the ability to fill in when needed.
The ideal candidate is an experienced RN who can also step in to provide direct patient care as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performanceOversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as neededMonitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulationsCommunicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representativesCompletes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutionsMaintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredCurrent license as RN in state of practiceCurrent certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of servicesCertification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sitesMinimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field2 - 3 years of management experienceExperience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practicesWork-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
