Provides findings, results, and a descriptive analysis according to facility policy and procedures. Performs all technical aspects involved in all aspects of intra-operative monitoring including but not limited to: Electroencephalogram (EEG), Evoked Potential (EP), Motor Mapping, Electromyograph (EMG) and Transcranial Motor Evoked Potential (TcMEP) studies. Provides information to patients regarding neuromonitoring to insure understanding and minimize anxiety. Abstracts relevant information to clinical management and medical staff of all pertinent information and changes to ensure the highest quality of care to patients. Provides technical neuromonitoring to the departments involved in neurosurgery, vascular surgery, spine surgery, trauma and neuroradiology. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** + HS Diploma or GED **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:** + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider + REEGT-Registered Electroencephalographic/Neurodiagnostic Technologist **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + 2 years of recent relevant experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** + In-depth knowledge of neurodiagnostic services, mechanics and equipment.
