Are you an experienced Deputy Manager ready for your next step, or an established Care Manager looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our 6-bed residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Physical Disabilities (PD), based in Shirley.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, GOOD-rated service and to inspire, support, and develop a dedicated care team.
What you'll be doing:Lead and direct the day-to-day management of the service
Provide staff supervisions, training, and development
Oversee new resident assessments, reviews, and smooth transitions
Ensure person-centred care and support planning
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with company policies and CQC requirements
Complete audits, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, finance, and resources
Oversee HR responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, and staff well-being
Champion infection prevention and control standards
About you:Strong background in Learning Disabilities / Physical Disabilities
Experienced Deputy Manager seeking progression, or an established Care Manager
Hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent, or working towards)
Proven team leadership and people management skills
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to high-quality care
