Job Title: Care Home Manager (Dementia Services)
Location: Shropshire, West Midlands
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

In partnership with an established small and homely residential care home in the heart of the community I am recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager. The home supports older adults, including those living with dementia, and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements as the Registered ManagerLead and support staff through recruitment, training, and supervisionPromote a positive, inclusive culture that prioritises resident well-beingOversee care planning, nutrition, and meaningful daily activitiesManage budgets and occupancy in collaboration with finance leadsBuild strong relationships with families, professionals, and community partners

I am looking for someone with:

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Proven leadership experience in a care settingStrong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licence
