Requirements Education and Certification• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food science, or nutrition.• Registered Dietician (RD) certified.Computer Skills• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.• Proficient in menu analysis programs such as such as: Meal Tracker, Simple Serve, Nutri Kids, Genesis. Other Qualifications and Experience• 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare/schools/food manufacturing setting.• Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.• Proficient in various state and regulatory nutritional standards under the Dietary Guidelines for Americans for multiply age groups (infants to elderly), the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program under the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act and the USDA.• Able to handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment.
