Our Clinical Nutrition team provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care to all patients utilizing technical skills in an acute care, skilled nursing, and or outpatient setting. Skills include clinical assessment, screening for nutritional risk, developing, implementing, and monitoring a nutrition care plan, education, and follow up. Provides service to patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. Compliance to Joint Commission Standards, Title XXII, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Demonstrates ability to provide appropriate age specific patient care as established for environment and job title.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

One of the following specialty certifications preferred Certified Nutrition Support Clinician CNSC, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist CDCES Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition CSR, Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition CSO, Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition CSG
