Join a mission-driven healthcare team as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, where your expertise will directly improve the health and well-being of patients across all life stages. From pediatrics to geriatrics—including prenatal care—you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition care in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

What You’ll DoConduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using clinical data, lab results, and patient history.Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and assess for malnutrition.Collaborate with medical teams to support chronic disease management and recovery.Educate patients and families on nutrition, food access, and behavior change.Coordinate care transitions and refer to appropriate services when needed.Serve as a resource for clinical staff on nutritional best practices.Utilize an onsite Teaching Kitchen to deliver hands-on nutrition education.What You BringRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certificationMaster’s Degree in Dietetics or related field preferred2+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, ideally in FQHC or community health settingsExperience with MNT and working across diverse populationsCPR/BLS certificationBilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferredStrong interpersonal, assessment, and documentation skillsWork EnvironmentManage a caseload of 12–15 patients per dayCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, fast-paced settingEngage in community outreach and educationAccess to a fully equipped Teaching Kitchen for patient instructionWhy Apply?Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in underserved communitiesWork in a collaborative, patient-centered environmentContribute to long-term health outcomes through preventative care and educationApply today to help transform lives through the power of nutrition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $80000.00/yr.
