From pediatrics to geriatrics—including prenatal care—you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition care in a dynamic, community-focused environment. What You’ll Do + Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using clinical data, lab results, and patient history. + Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans. + Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and assess for malnutrition. + Collaborate with medical teams to support chronic disease management and recovery. + Educate patients and families on nutrition, food access, and behavior change. + Coordinate care transitions and refer to appropriate services when needed. + Serve as a resource for clinical staff on nutritional best practices. + Utilize an onsite Teaching Kitchen to deliver hands-on nutrition education.
