Growing, fast-paced Endocrinology Practice seeking to add a Registered Dietitian to join our practice! This position in under the direct supervision of our licensed registered dietitian (RD). The RD is responsible for providing nutrition care an education to patients and/or caregivers(s).
Evaluate patients’ nutrition status, develop and implement care plans, focus on healthy eating and behavior change.
RD must possess strong interpersonal and teaching skill to communicate information to patients as well as communicate recommendations to physicians and physician assistants in the clinic.
RD will also be responsible in starting patients on insulin pump therapy (per clinic-pump manufacturer contract requirements) and will provide on-site training for all pump systems.
